44 Years!

Today Dennis and I celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. Seems like a long time but it has passed so quickly. It is comforting to live with someone who knows you so well. You think about going home a different way and for some reason he goes that way without you asking. It seems you get so close that you seem to pick up on thoughts or feelings. We are going down the last roads of our life and I have to say they are the sweeter. You still worry about the kids and grandkids but you have more time to spend just being a couple. Yes, he is the man I married but much better. He has worked hard to give us a good life. He has time now to relax and I'm so happy he wants to spend that time with me. Happy Anniversary Dennis!
