Home
We got back home at 10:30 last night. We were greeted by the sound of wind and rolling waves. The smell of the pines and the forest floor was in the air. We just got the truck and the trailer unloaded when the rain started. It was so relaxing to hear the sound of the rain on the metal roof and the wind and waves joining in to put us to sleep. The down comforter was warm and both of us drifted off to sleep. Today was a busy one--putting things away, going through the mail and then starting to work outside. A warm fire is burning and the end of another day is approaching. This would be perfect if all our kids and grandkids could be here to enjoy it with us. Good night from us.

Glad to know you guys are back at home! It is pretty neat now, isn't it? I love that wind and wake up every morning when its still dark, looking for any freighters anchored in the bay.
